Wellness Workshop: Posture and Pain

Posture & Pain is a guided workshop designed to help you understand how your body holds tension—and how to respond with care instead of criticism. By exploring posture, breath, and gentle movement, you’ll learn how to reduce discomfort, build support from the inside out, and develop a more trusting relationship with your body. No experience required.
Shift Into Spring: A Spring Equinox Sound Bath
Friday, March 20th 6:00-7:30
The Spring Equinox marks a powerful turning point — the official beginning of spring and a season of renewal, balance, and blooming beginnings.
Join us for an intentional evening designed to help you reset, realign and step into the season with clarity. We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound bath experience to support nervous system regulation.
Pilates Instructor Training: Reformer Edition

( Fridays 4:30pm-8:30pm , Saturdays 10:30am-5:30pm, Sundays 10:30am-3pm )Our upcoming Pilates Instructor Training is designed for those who want to expand their knowledge, refine their understanding of movement, and explore teaching within a supportive, community-centered environment.
What You’ll Study:
• The history and foundational principles of Pilates
• The science of the intrinsic core
• Anatomy & physiology with emphasis on joint stability vs. mobility
• The neuro-musculoskeletal and fascial systems (including Anatomy Trains)
• Reformer setup, safety, and maintenance
• Postural assessment and special population considerations
