Founder & InstructorWendy teaches in the mornings and early afternoons. She’s a nerd about anything anatomy, physiology or wellness related. She loves to come up with new moves that make her clients wonder what she does over the weekends. After having 3 wonderful sons, she’s totally in love with being a grandma of 5.

InstructorJoann works full time and also teaches in the evenings MON/WED and weekends. She has a huge heart for animals and volunteers for the FOPAS shelter. She has two furry friends of her own, Walt and Church. She has a witty sense of humor, loves concerts, (especially Lyle Lovett) and has a unique creativity with profile pictures.

InstructorA devoted student of Pilates, Lisa loves sharing how it’s transformed her health and life. Originally from the Austin, Texas area, she brings Southern warmth (and the occasional hug!) to every class. Since 2003, she’s called Kansas City home, where she and her husband have built a wonderful family of Midwesterners.

InstructorMy name is Tessa McCoy, and I’ve been teaching Pilates for 5 years. My husband Connor and I, have beautiful twin girls Holland and Adaline. Our girl Holland lives in Heaven, watching over her sister.
We also have two dogs and a cat. I love all types of movement, reading, shopping, and going to our families lake house.

InstructorMy Pilates journey began as a way to challenge my body differently — and it quickly became so much more.
I’ve been practicing Pilates on and off since 2011, and it remains one of the most transformative parts of my fitness journey. What started as a way to tone and strengthen has evolved into my foundation for core stability, posture, flexibility, and intentional movement. Each time I return to it, I’m reminded that consistency and control create lasting strength — not quick fixes.
I love that every session pushes me while still leaving me feeling stronger, longer, and more centered, so I can fully enjoy the things I love most — from traveling and staying active to showing up well for family and friends.

InstructorKatie is a mom of 2 little boys and our new Pilates Princess. She teaches in the afternoons and does many of our intro sessions. She hails from Texas- Ya’ll. She loves Grey’s Anatomy and any sassy MOM shirt or hat she can find. Her sassy sometimes flows out into her teaching and makes her classes lots of fun.
